2025 WGA Summer Camps
Tournament Player Training Camp
This camp is meant for junior golfers, in 6th-8th grade, who have tournament experience and looking to earn an edge on their competition. The camp is structured to create a competitive environment for the tournament player using various training techniques and drills used by both the Northwestern Men’s and Women’s golf teams.
You will be required to submit either a tournament resume or 2-3 sets of tournament results when registering for this camp!
WGA Lead Instructor, Northwestern Men’s Volunteer Assistant Coach, and Ping Honorable Mention All-American, Tim Streng will direct this camp. When his schedule allows, Northwestern Head Men’s Coach David Inglis will also be involved with the camp and is highly qualified in knowing what it takes to be a successful tournament player. David has years of experience coaching the best collegiate players in the country, as well as his own successful playing career including earning All – American Honors all four years at Tulsa University. He also played on the 2003 Walker Cup Team for Team Europe.
Schedule – Monday through Friday
You can sign up for single dates or the entire week.
There is a maximum of 12 golfers per camp.

- Competitions

- Lunch
- Review how to plan for a tournament/How to map out a course
- Play 18 holes
- Practice on course tactical skills and course management
WGA DEVELOPMENTAL JUNIOR GOLF CAMP
This camp is designed for junior golfers entering grades 3rd-8th who are looking to develop their golf game over the summer. The camps will focus on core fundamentals, swing technique, and short-game proficiency.
Golfers who register for camp must have a basic knowledge of golf. These camps are not for beginner golfers. There is a maximum of 12 golfers per camp.
Price for a Week of Camp: $650

SCHEDULE
Range Instruction • Luke Donald Practice Facility, The Glen Club
9 am-10:30 am
Range instruction will consist of:
- Before and after video analysis of player’s swing
- Short game evaluation/test
- Station rotation covering all aspects of the game
- End of week short game evaluation/test
On Course Instruction
Glenview Prairie Club (across the street from The Glen Club)
10:45 am-1 pm
HIGH SCHOOL CAMP

The WGA High School Summer Program is perfect for any incoming freshman or current high school golfer looking to improve on all areas of the game to prepare them for their high school tryouts and golf season. Practices will be twice a week for 90 minutes each day. You will be able to sign up for single dates or the entire program.
Price per practice: $100
Price for program: $1,400
