Wildcat Golf Academy Members were successful on the links in July, earning medalist honors in various tournaments around the Chicagoland area!

Andrew Huber, one of the Wildcat Golf Academy’s inaugural members, won the 2014 CDGA Junior Amateur at Mill Creek Golf Club. He shot a four over 75 to win by two strokes over Patrick Akaniroj (2018) of Willow Springs and Christopher Boyle (2014) of Hampshire. Huber also advanced to the Boys Round of 16 at the 34^th Chick Evans Junior Championship at Itasca.

• Ethan Farnam qualified for the US Junior Amateur.
• Matt Murlick earned medalist honors at the 34^th Annual Chick Evans Junior Championship. Jake Krugman advanced to the semis of Chick Evans.
• Louise McCulloch was the runner up in Girls Match Play at the Chick Evans Junior Championship. She also earned medalist honors at the IJGA Sectional #5 at Highland Park (76).
• Katie Lillie won the IJGA Maggie Rodgers Tournament at Inverness (78); the IJGA Open #8 @ Sportsman’s (78); and advanced to the quarterfinals of Chick Evans.
• John Kryscio earned medalist honors at the IJGA Sectional #5 at Highland Park Golf Course (71).
• Connor Prassas won the IJGA Open #9 with a 71 at Deerfield.
• Hanna Tanaka earned medalist honors in the Girls 12-13 IJGA YDP Event #4 at Foss Park.
• Kimberly Stafford won the YDP Event #6 at Deerpath (10-13) with a 78
• Sophia Lau earned medalist honors at the YDP Event #3 at Winnetka GC (81).
